One of the most significant features that made it into the GUI in FortiOS 3.0 MR6 is support for IPv6. It is not immediately obvious however since you have to enable it under System -> Admin -> Settings.
Once enabled you can define IPv6 addresses, policies, IPv6 VPNs and monitor the IPv6 routing table.
